•Each attendee is highly encouraged to submit an abstract.

•Abstracts can only be submitted electronically at the time of registration. We do not accept abstracts via email, fax, or mail. Please make sure that all the information is correct before submission. Once submitted, the abstract cannot be revised or edited.

•Abstracts submitted to us will be reviewed and selected on the basis of relevance to the conference topic and on scientific merit by conference organisers. The results of abstract status will be posted on website as soon as  decisions have been made.

•Abstracts must be submitted before Nov 10th, 2017 in order to be included into the meeting materials. If  selected for a short talk, the speaker will be notified 4 weeks prior to the start of the conference.

•All authors listed on the abstract should be notified of the submission.

•All abstracts submitted for presentation will not be used by any specific company or product for marketing.

•If you would like to withdraw your abstract, please contact the conference office via email.

To Submit an Abstract:

•Please upload the abstract file online in the website.

•Microsoft Word document is the ONLY acceptable format.

•Abstracts must be written in English in less than 500 words. The total size of the file cannot exceed 100K. The abstract should not exceed one (A4 size) page.


If you would like to present your abstract during the poster session. Please note the poster boards' measure 

110cm high by 80cm wide and pushpins will be provided onsite.
